The Bulletin 1 is available for download at http://www.stampsofindia.com/sine.html The Bulletin 1 contains the Regulations for Exhibitors,State Team Leaders, and Rules for Sales Stalls, amongst other useful information.

EXTENDED DEADLINES
The notification of acceptance or non-acceptance by the SINE GHQ to all applicants will now be individually communicated to by September 26, 2011 a week later as was originally scheduled.
Consequently the last date for the payment of the fees is also being extended to October 7, 2011. The envelopes for the exhibit will be mailed by Speed Post on October 10, 2011.
All exhibits delivered by mail must reach the SINE GHQ between October 24 and November 1, 2011. The exhibits delivered personally by the exhibitor or through State Team Leaders must reach by November 2, 2011.
