Glimpses of SIPA Diamond 2016 Stamp Exhibition,Chennai

SIPA Diamond 2016 National Level Stamp Exhibition was held from November 25 to 27, 2016 at St. Bede’s Centenary Auditorium, St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Chennai, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the South India Philatelists Association. In the exhibition about    550 frames were displayed.
