BILASPEX 2012
Yesterday two special covers were released during the exhibition on "Achanakmat Tiger Reserve and Biosphere". One of the covers show Tiger essential for ecology and the other depicts Plash ( Butea Monosperma) representing Achankmar as Biosphere.
