 A miniature Sheet containing 6 Commemorative Postage Stamps on Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple which features Ram Temple, Lord Ganesh, Lord Hanuman, Jatayu, Kevatraj, and Ma Shabri.  was released by the Hon’ble Prime Minister in New Delhi. 



Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released a set of commemorative stamps on Ram Janma Bhoomi Temple and a book on Ramayan. The stamp book is an attempt to showcase the international appeal of Lord Ram. The book features stamps from around the world honoring the revered deity.

Dear Reader,

I am happy to release January 2024 issue of Rainbow Stamp News. It is the 193rd issue of Rainbow. With this issue, the 17th year of publication starts. Pleased to share the list of awards won at the National and International Philatelic Exhibition for Rainbow in the Literature class category. These awards are dedicated to its Readers and eminent philatelists who contributed articles for Rainbow over the years. Unfortunately, some are not with us today but their contribution will always be remembered and recognized. I very much miss Dr. Satyendra Agrawal, Col Jayant Dutta, and Dr Avinash B. Jagtap who contributed a series of articles for Rainbow Stamp News for a very long time. Many thanks to all its readers and contributors across the globe for their support, contribution, and appreciation.

1. The first stamp pictured features a skyline image of Bangkok including a BTS Skytrain and Wat Arun, also called Temple of Dawn.

2. The second stamp features the original General Post Office for Bangkok, known as the Praisaneeyakarn Building.

3. The third stamp shows one of the four remaining defensive structures built to protect Bangkok during the late Ayutthaya to early Rattanakosin periods.

4. The fourth stamp pictures one of the twelve gates in the outer walls of the Grand Palace (Phra Borom Maha Ratcha Wang), a complex of buildings in Bangkok, and the official residence of the Kings of Siam
