Coin and Flag Series 2011
On 3 March 2011, the United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA) issued its Coin and Flag series by releasing 24 new stamps in the denominations of US$ 0.44, CHF 0.85 and € 0.65. Three mini-sheets of eight stamps each will be released.
This is the fifth year of the stamp series representing the coins and flags of Member States of the United Nations. The series is expected to run for approximately eight years until stamps representing all 192 Member States are issued.

Date of Issue – 23 March 2011
India Post issued a stamp on 23 March 2011 to commemorate Subhadra Joshi, veteran Congress leader and freedom fighter.
Premature Issue : National Mathematics Day
National Mathematics Day Stamp was in list of stamp issue programme of India Post for the year 2010, but it was not issued in the year 2010. Now could be found with some collectors and dealers at high price.
