I am happy to inform that I have been appointed National Commissioner for World Stamp Exhibition EMIRATES 2022, going to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 19 to 23 January 2022. during EXPO 2022 Dubai activities.
The Competitive Classes will be, Traditional, Postal History, Postal Stationery, Thematic Philately, Aerophilately, Astrophilately, Revenues, Philatelic Literature (Printed), One Frame & Picture Picture Postcards.
Please note that youth class is not a part of this exhibition.
All those interested to participate must obtain their Exhibit Application Forms from me with details of their exhibit/s with earlier participation and awards won.
Electronic Exhibit Application Form duly filled shall be submitted together with a copy of title page to me no later than 25th September 2021.
Exhibits in one frame should be based on a narrow philatelic subject corresponding to the scope of one exhibition frame. An extract from a past International award winning multiple frame exhibit (5 or 8 frames) is not allowed. Evaluation shall be performed on the basis of awarded points (60 – 100) and the exhibitor shall receive only a certificate without a medal.
The participation fee (except Literature & One Frame) will be AED 100.00 per frame, Literature and One Frame AED 150.00 per exhibits.
Applications are invited herewith from all eligible exhibitors. The exhibit must have received a minimum of 75 points or a Vermeil medal at a national level exhibition within the five years prior to the first application for entry to a World Exhibition.
