The District-Level Philately Exhibition at Baramulla under the name “VARMULPEX-2026 was inaugurated at Kashmir University North Campus Dalina Baramulla Auditorium Hall with the objective of promoting philately—the collection and study of postage stamps—as an educational and cultural hobby for the younger generation and the aspirants of philately. A special cover of historical importance “Habba Khatoon Peak Gurez Valley” was released as an activity during the inauguration.
