Sorry to inform all the Readers that noted philatelist of India, Shri Yogesh Kumar passed away yesterday, 3rd November 2016.He was President-elect of the Philatelic Congress of India and an International Jury for many philatelic Exhibitions. He was an expert of Postal History of Jaipur and had won several National and International awards for his exhibits.
