A beautiful special cover on endangered birds of Chilika was released on 9th February at Mangalajodi, the bird sanctuary about 70 km from Bhubaneswar by Shri Bijoyshree Routray. About 50 philatelists of EIPA attended the release function. The cover was issued during EIPEX – 2014 organized by Eastern India Philatelists’ Association.
