Hi ! Readers I am back here with some news and pictures for you.Since Taj has becme one of the New Seven Wonders of the World it has been appearing on new foreign stamps. The beauty of Taj is beyond compare. It is the Pride of India. Philatelically Gandhi is one of the most popular Indian themes in the world and now Taj has also become a favourite of many philatelists and Postal Administrations too, round the globe. Here is the picture of new M/s by St. Vincent & The Grenadines on which New Seven Wonders of the world have been depicted. I also have two recent issues on Sir Edmund Hillary. 14.Capt. Vijay Wadhawa, Ahmedabad


Capt. Vijay Wadhawa is our new member from Ahmedabad. He has prepared a very nice collection on birds 'Curious Beaks - A Philatelic Delight' This is a philatelic exhibit on one of the aspects of bird's life which includes different types of philatelic items including artist original art works, artist's signed proofs, errors, commercial covers, die cards, pictorial cancellations, and schematic sketches. He was Winner of CPMG'S Rolling Trophy at GUJPEX2007, and is also life member of Gujarat Philatelists' Association, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad Philatelic Society.
