Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle celebrated International Women's Day. During the occasion, a special cover was released on 8th March 2021. Dr (Maj) Ritu Kalra, noted philatelist of Himachal Pradesh was the guest of honour. The cover was released by Dr. Mokta, Dr Ritu Kalra and, Mr Dinesh Mistry, Director, Postal Services, at GPO Shimla.
