Karnataka Postal Circle issued a Special Cover to mark the 110th year celebrations of Hudson Memorial Church on 28th September 2014 at Bangalore (Special Cover approval no. KTK/27/2014)

 

Karnataka Postal Circle released a special cover on 24th September 2014 at Bangalore to mark the birth centenary of Swami Chidananda. The cancellation depicts the insignia of the Divine Life Society. (Special Cover approval no. KTK/22/2014)

Stamp show on plants and Nobel laureates in MS University of Baroda

On 14th October  a exhibtion titled " Enjoy the Beauty and Diversity of Bonsai " was organised at Vadodara by Dept. of Botany, M.S.University of Baroda.

 

 

On this occasion stamp exhibition related to science subject was also organised for promotion of philately by members of Baroda Philatelic Society.  Collection on Roses & Economic Botany ( Timir Shah ), Medicinal Plants ( Dr. Arun Arya ) & Noble Prize Winners (Dr. Chirayu Bardoliwala  ) was on display for 14th & 15th Oct 2014. Exhibition was inaugurated by Mrs. Nimisha Rao, Artist .
