CHANDIPEX 2013

Stamp Exhibition in Chandigarh (16 –17 March 2013 )

The district level philatelic exhibition is to be held on 16-17 March 2013 (Saturday & Sunday).

Venue: TRAINING HALL, 2^ND FLOOR, GPO BUILDING, SECTOR 17, CHANDIGARH

Entry Form: Available in the Chandigarh Philatelic Bureau, GPO, Ist Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh

Entry Fee: Rs.10/- per entry.

Deposit of Entry Fee: To be paid in Post Office and cash receipt in ACG-67 granted by Post Office to be accompanied with Entry Form, without which entry form will not be accepted.

Last date for submission of Entry Fee and Form: 13-03-2013

In this regard meeting of the Chndigarh Philatelic Club to be held on 09-03-2013 at 11.00 A.M.. at Philatelic Bureau , G.P.O. , Sector 17, Chandigarh.

All members are requested to attend the meeting to discuss about the exhibition, participation, number of frames required by members, any kind of help/assistance required to prepare exhibits, any other related matter etc. Suggestions in this regard are most welcome.
