Hi ! I am still very busy so don’t get any time to write new Post on Blog. Somehow I managed to get some spare time today and giving here some of the best EUROPA stamps issued this year featuring children’s Books as Europa theme of year 2010. These are wonderful stamps and I just love them. These are giving me a nostalgia of my childhood days when I used to spend many hours, reading books during my summer vacations. I’m pleased to inform you that my 5-frame “Her Majesty QUEEN ELIZABETH II” philatelic exhibit won the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada Silver medal, American Topical Association Youth Award, and American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors Youth Grand Award in the recent ROYAL 2010 ROYALE National Stamp Exhibition held in St. Clair Centre for the Arts, Windsor, Ontario, Canada last May 28-30, 2010.

For this feat the exhibit will represent ROYAL 2010 ROYALE in the forthcoming 2011 AAPE Youth Championship to be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

International Year of Biodiversity

Date of Issue – 5 June 2010

Hi ! Here are the recent stamps issued by India Post commemorating the year 2010 as International Year of Biodiversity. There are two stamps in denomination of Rs 5 & Rs 20 with a MS of Rs 25. While I am writing this post early morning…Its raining heavily outside, bringing down the temperature and making weather very cool and pleasant…..The sweet sound of Cuckkoo and chirping of other birds could be be heard here mixed with the sound of rain drops….. LONDON 2010….MEMORIES…BY PRDIP JAIN

The London 2010 was a grand show to be remembered. My new exhibit in one frame class did very well scored 94 points. The Gold Medal announced on 11th May. There were five Gold Medal given in the one Frame Exhibit Class including me .

The one frame exhibit is now FIP Official Class from London - 2010. Earlier The one frame was in FIP experimental class . On 15th May the Palmare - Award night of London - 2010, Only six Awards were presented the London - 2010 Grand Prix and the 'Best of Class' in each. The details are given below.

I was thrilled and over joyed when India & My Name was announced there as one of the recepients of 'Best of class Award'. All the jury Presidium highly praised and complimented my exhibit . I am very happy that this prestigious Award of London - 2010 came to India.

From Patna Mr. Sanjay Jain, a philatelist also joined me in this journey to London - 2010 .

Hi ! I am sorry I could not update my blog for the last five days because of my over busy schedule.
