1. The Exhibition hall will be open to the public from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm except on 18th December 2019 when the public will be allowed in the hall after the opening ceremony and exhibition will be closed for public on 22nd December 2019 at 5.00 pm. 
2. Any Society who wishes to hold their meeting can apply by email to info@inpex2019.com 
3. For sponsorship of a dinner or high tea by society or an individual can be considered by Inpex team. 
4. Those philatelists who wish to receive the award on 22.12.2019 Sunday at the venue should register themselves at the Organizing Desk on 21.12.2019 Saturday before 4 pm.​
