I am very sorry  to inform the Readers that Shri Aziz Ansari, veteran philatelist and a  stamp dealer from Varanasi passed away on 15th Sept. 2013. On behalf of whole philatelic Community, our  deepest condolences to all his family members. He was very dear to many philatelists because of  his sweet temper and fair dealing. We pray to the Almighty to Rest His Soul in Peace.
