Ramanuj, CPMG Uttarakhand released a special cover on Kilmora, a medicinal hilly yellow flower in Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, during the annual Colors of Spring festival 23-24 March 2013 at Raj Bhawan, Dehradun, on 23-3-12. The cancellation on the cover was on Buransh (Rhododendron), state flower designed by Philatelist Vinay Gupta."
