ARTICLE 6: APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE | |
6.1 | The Regulations governing the conditions of the application and acceptance are stated in Articles 10, 11 and 12 of the GREX. |
6.2 | Exhibitors may obtain their Exhibit Application Form from their country’s Commissioner or from the NZ2023 website https://nz2023.nz. A separate Exhibit Application Form must be used for each exhibit. |
6.3 | When submitting the Exhibit Application Form, the exhibitor shall attach a copy of the introductory page (in English). A brief synopsis may also be sent if the exhibitor wishes; it will be made available to the jury. |
6.4 | Completed Exhibit Application Forms should be sent through the respective Commissioner to reach the Organising Committee by 19 December 2022. |
6.5 | Notification of acceptance from the Organising Committee, together with the number of frames allocated to exhibitors, will be sent to Commissioners by 16 January 2023. |
6.6 | Exhibitors cannot withdraw their applications without valid reasons once their participation has been accepted by the Organising Committee. |
6.7 | The Commissioners will collect all the frame fees from their exhibitors and remit the full amount to the Organising Committee of NZ2023 by 14 March 2023 at the latest. All bank fees are to be borne by the payer/sender. Read More.... |
